**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of drafting experience** in an **architectural firm**.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)** for architectural and industrial drawings.
- Strong knowledge of **building codes, materials, and construction methods**.
- Ability to **work independently** without requiring constant oversight.
- Experience in **residential & industrial projects** is a must.
- Good communication and **attention to detail**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare & modify** detailed architectural & industrial project drawings in AutoCAD.
- Work **independently** on project documentation with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure **accuracy, compliance, and quality** in all technical drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Handle **multiple projects simultaneously** with efficiency.
- Maintain an organized **drawing database and project records**.
