We are committed to shaping environments that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Draftsperson based in Mumbai. The Landscape Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing detailed landscape drawings and technical plans using design software, assisting in developing landscape design concepts, and collaborating with architects, project managers, and other team members. Additional daily tasks include ensuring accuracy in measurements, material specifications, and adhering to project deadlines.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed planting plans, layout plans, irrigation plans, sections, and construction details for landscape work as per project requirements. Translate conceptual and schematic landscape designs into accurate CAD drawings. Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and layer management as per office protocols. Create and manage drawing templates, blocks, and libraries for recurring use. Assist project teams in revisions, tender sets, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawing submissions. Collaborate closely with landscape architects, site teams, and consultants for design execution and technical detailing. Conduct site visits to verify existing conditions and support the preparation of as-built drawings when required.Skills & Qualifications Diploma in Civil Drafting. Minimum 5 years of experience in a landscape architecture or architectural consultancy firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or GIS tools is an added advantage. Strong understanding of landscape materials, levels, slopes, grading, and drainage layouts. Ability to produce detailed landscape construction drawings including paving, edging, planting, lighting, irrigation, and water features. Sound knowledge of MCGM / PWD / CPWD landscape SOR standards and BOQ preparation. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
