We are seeking a dedicated **Manufacturing Production Assistant** for our Mumbai manufacturing facility. This full-time hybrid position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge gravure printing wheel production technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Department**: Production/Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Support**: Assist in manufacturing processes and production line operations
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production cycle
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and monitor computer-controlled machinery and production equipment
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, quality reports, and process documentation
- **Process Optimization**: Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and other departments
- **Customer Support**: Assist with customer service inquiries related to production specifications and delivery schedules
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards

**REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- **Technical Skills**:Experience with computer-controlled machinery and automated production systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- **Core Competencies**:Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability to work in both office and production floor environments

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in printing, packaging, or precision manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with gravure printing processes or cylinder production
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards)
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
