Key Responsibilities:

- Visit clients at designated locations to collect relevant insurance documents and premium payments.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data entry during visits.
- Educate clients about insurance products and address any queries.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection and document submission.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Keep track of visit schedules, payments, and document status.
- Report daily activities and or any issues faced during field visits to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Basic educational qualification (HSC/Graduate preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of insurance policies and processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, ethical, and professional attitude.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid two-wheeler with current insurance.
- Ability to navigate within the assigned area efficiently.
- Ownership of a smartphone for documentation and communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
