Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Sales Profile Must)

We are seeking a customer service representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Location - Okhla, New Delhi

**Job Description**:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and making outgoing calls to provide the products information to the Customers/Clients.
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Minimum 2-5 Years Proven work experience required as customer care executive.
Excellent communication skills and active listening to resolve the customer queries.
Proactive way of working and Team Player.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Good in MS Office & Presentation Skills.
