**Job Summary**:
In the early stages, you will benefit from company-provided leads to help build a strong sales pipeline. Your ability to present compelling product demos, build lasting client relationships, and close high-value deals will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage and qualify inbound leads provided by the company to build early pipeline

momentum.
- Conduct compelling software product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Understand customer requirements and position the appropriate solutions to address business challenges.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align client needs with product

capabilities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to

management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
- Strong lead generation and pipeline development skills.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement, relationship building, and consultative

selling.
- Exceptional ability in product demonstrations and handling objections.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
