**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately input and update data into the company’s database or other systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Retrieve and manage data as requested for reporting or analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
- Perform regular backups and assist in data recovery tasks when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy (e.g., 40-60 words per minute or more).
- Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace tools.
- Basic understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL or CRM platforms) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience**
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or related roles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
