**Job Description: UI/UX Artist**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- UI/UX Design: Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces and experiences for various interactive projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and user-friendliness across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design, art, and programming teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and technical constraints, iterating on designs based on feedback and testing.
- Implementation: Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX designs within Unreal Engine, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different devices and resolutions.
- User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from target audiences to identify areas for improvement and refine UI/UX designs iteratively, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Document UI/UX design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, Unreal Engine development, and Figma usage, actively seeking out opportunities for skill development and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Artist or Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in user interface design, user experience principles, and visual communication, particularly within interactive media or gaming environments.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, as well as proficiency in Unreal Engine's UI/UX development tools and blueprints.
- Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and composition, coupled with a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling and user experience design.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and feedback to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges and usability issues, employing creative solutions to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Previous experience working on AAA game titles or equivalent interactive projects.
