**Role Summary**

The role is expected to lead the culture transition in Equiniti to fully embrace agile methodology. The role is expected to mentor and coach the team on agile techniques, ceremonies, planning and retros; analyse the current waterfall processes, policies and recommend modifications to support Agile ways of working

**Core **Duties/Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the deliver
- y teams to analyse the current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile culture and best practices
- Review the current working methodology and guide the teams on to stay on track with agile techniques; fine tune their approach to ensure continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach, the scrum masters, product owners, and other delivery teams to enable the transition to Agile
- Formulate governing policies in view of the organization's principles to support agile-based approaches
- Undertake regular follow-ups with scrum masters to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization
- Define relevant metrics, champion the use of the metrics and tracks the metrics organization wide to identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Design and conduct workshops for the delivery team and key stakeholders periodically to reaffirm and refresh the agile culture
- Enable a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by coaching team members and role-modelling self-development
