Job Summary
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will research to compile lists for accessing occupational health services and potential clients, as well as engaging in phone communication with various towns, agencies, counties, and states. Additionally, responsibilities include completing MWBE/SBE paperwork by liaising with procurement personnel, thoroughly documenting data, identifying drug collectors and urgent care facilities across different locations, and managing logistics efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities- Research: To generate lists for accessing occupational health services (WC)/potential clients.- Phone Communication: To engage with various towns, agencies, counties, and states.- Completion of the MWBE/SBE paperwork: To liaise with procurement personnel to register/set up for different agencies.- To document by thoroughly entering the data.- To identify drug collectors/urgent care facilities in various locations.- Handles logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of** at least 100 Mbps**.- Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.- Minimum Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.- RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.- Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.- Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.- Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.- Reliable **backup systems for electricity and internet** outages are in place.
Skills and Qualifications- Completion of at least 2 years of college. Any additional healthcare-related certifications or training in medical assisting, healthcare administration, or a related field are preferred but not required- 2-3 years of customer care experience, preferably both inbound and outbound calls in the sales or healthcare industry.- Ability to work independently.- Proficient in reading and communicating in English documentation.- Self-motivated and proactive.- Exceptionally organized with acute attention to detail.- Capable of collaborating effectively with team members.- Proficiency in Google Suits and Microsoft Office Package.
