We are looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our clients' success.

Create and design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Develop and produce 3D animations and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and visual appeal. Edit and produce high-quality video content, including promotional materials, social media clips, and internal videos. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design projects from start to finish. Ensure that all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas and techniques. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Concept Development: Collaborating with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements and develop ideas for motion graphics.

Design and Animation: Creating visually appealing animations, transitions, and visual effects using software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.

Storyboarding: Designing storyboards to map out the flow, pacing, and structure of animations or videos.

Editing and Compositing: Combining various elements like video footage, graphics, and sound to create polished final animations.

Typography and Visual Elements: Designing and animating text (kinetic typography), logos, and other graphic elements for use in videos.

Collaborating with Teams: Working with editors, videographers, and other designers to ensure consistency in visual output.

Revisions and Feedback: Adjusting animations based on feedback from clients or directors, ensuring that the final product aligns with the project’s vision.

Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest trends in animation, software, and motion graphics to ensure the design remains modern and innovative.

Asset Management: Organizing and managing design assets, including video clips, vector graphics, and animation files.

Time Management: Ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animation, Motion Graphics, Video Editing) or similar design platforms.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to ensure creative consistency based on brand or concept guidelines
- Knowledge of creative modifications to suit the medium of choice
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
