**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Kolkata

**SHOULD NOT BE PURSUING ANY FORM OF EDUCATION.**

**Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on statutory duties, Tally, GST, and TDS calculations. **Experience with a CA firm is preferred.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Statutory Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounting and taxation.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Tally and Accounting Software**:Proficient in using Tally and other accounting software.
Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.

**GST and TDS Calculation**:Handle the calculation and filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Prepare and submit TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) calculations and returns to the CA.

**Financial Documentation**:Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide necessary financial information for audits.

**Vendor and Customer Reconciliation**:Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with vendors and customers.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.

**Coordination with CA Firm**:Liaise with the CA firm for any accounting and taxation-related matters.
Provide necessary documentation and information for audits.

**Record Retention**:Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure adherence to record retention policies.

**Skills and Qualities**:
**Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a CA firm.**

In-depth knowledge of statutory duties, Tally, GST, and TDS calculations.

Familiarity with current accounting standards and practices.

Proficient in using accounting software, especially Tally.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
