
Welfare Officer

**Employee Welfare**:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address grievances and concerns.
- Ensure the well-being of workers by implementing welfare programs (health camps, insurance, and recreation facilities).
- **Compliance & Legal**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory regulations related to employee welfare.
- Maintain records as per government mandates, such as welfare registers and employee attendance.
- **Counseling & Support**:
- Provide counseling services to employees on personal and professional matters.
- Conduct workshops to address workplace stress, mental health, and work-life balance.
- **Workplace Environment**:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Address issues like canteen facilities, drinking water, restrooms, and first aid services.
- **Grievance Handling**:
- Actively resolve disputes or grievances among employees to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Support in organizing employee meetings and feedback sessions.
- **Training & Development**:
- Organize and coordinate training programs for employees on welfare policies and workplace ethics.
- Promote awareness of welfare schemes and initiatives.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Plan and oversee CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities that benefit employees and their families.
- Foster relations with local authorities, NGOs, and welfare organizations.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit periodic welfare reports to management.
- Document welfare activities, employee participation, and their outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
