Agritech & Entrepreneurship Tutor

**About Commit2Change**

Commit2Change is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering at-risk adolescent girls in India through education, life skills, and entrepreneurship. The goal is to break the cycle of poverty and uplift entire communities.

**Position Purpose**

The AgriTech & Entrepreneurship Tutor will provide classroom and practical training to female students from 11th grade to graduation. These students come from non-technical backgrounds. The training will cover agritech awareness, basic digital skills, and foundational entrepreneurship. This tutor will also monitor students’ progress in their home villages and support them with online spoken English classes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular in-person lectures and hands-on demonstrations at the college for female students, focusing on agritech awareness, digital skills, and basic entrepreneurship.
- Assist with remote online spoken English classes, ensuring students have access and are making progress in digital learning.
- Prepare educational materials, customize lesson plans, and use effective methods for non-technical learners.
- Mentor, motivate, and engage female students to pursue entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
- Track, document, and report student attendance, engagement, and development both at the college and during village visits.
- Serve as a positive male role model, working respectfully and supportively with female students from various backgrounds.

**Qualifications & Skills**

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Computer) is required.
- At least 2-4 years of teaching experience, preferably with students from non-technical backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills in the local language and English; prior experience in agritech training or community education is preferred.
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and engage adolescent students from underprivileged backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel to rural areas every 15 days.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
