**Role & Responsibility**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets & promote medical products.
- Ensure full utilization of booking slots & patient follow-ups.
- Assist patients, provide guidance & ensure proper medication.
- Maintain clinic hygiene & a comfortable environment.
- Handle patient queries & resolve grievances politely.

**Requirements**:

- **Preferred Experience**: Healthcare, MSW, Pharma, Hospitality, Insurance, Banking.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking & MS Office.
- **Attitude**: Caring, disciplined, and patient-focused.
