We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Projects Coordinator to join our team. The ideal

projects, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As an IT Projects

Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing and

web development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they

are completed on time and within scope.
- Act as a liaison between clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather

requirements and communicate progress.
- Monitor project performance and report on milestones, budgets, and deadlines to

stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues or risks, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure that all projects comply with company standards and client expectations.
- Support the team in resource allocation and prioritization of tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and digital marketing to enhance project strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or similar role in digital marketing, web

development, or IT services.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, web development processes, and digital marketing

concepts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross
- functional teams and clients.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with basic programming or web technologies is advantageous.
