**Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial burners across target markets.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide product demonstrations and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer custom solutions based on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience

**Job Location : Nagpur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
