Position Overview: Century Science Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area

Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Sales:
○ Lead and manage the admissions process for JEE and NEET programs, ensuring

enrollment targets are met.

○ Develop and execute strategic plans to attract prospective students and convert

leads into admissions.

○ Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams to implement effective

promotional campaigns.

2. Education Sales and Business Development:
○ Drive sales efforts to achieve weekly and monthly admissions targets.

○ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the institute’s

reach and influence.

○ Develop relationships with schools, coaching centers, and educational

consultants to enhance referrals.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their

families.

○ Provide timely and accurate information about programs, admission

requirements, and financial aid options.

○ Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to

ensure a positive applicant experience.

4. Team Leadership:
○ Set clear objectives and performance metrics, and provide ongoing feedback and

support.

○ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork

and professional growth.

5. Operational Excellence:
○ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institute policies related to

admissions procedures.

○ Monitor and analyze admissions data and trends to identify areas for

improvement.

○ Prepare regular reports and presentations on admissions performance and

strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in admissions management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven

approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct home visits as required.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales or admissions targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
