**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment.
- Integrate play-based learning activities into the curriculum.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Manage and monitor student behavior to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Encourage and promote positive social interactions among students.
- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
- Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' progress.
- Maintain records of students' academic and behavioral development.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and integrated learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current educational trends and practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Follow and enforce health and safety protocols within the classroom.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or license.
- Previous experience in teaching pre-primary or early childhood education.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
