**Role Overview**:
As a **Telesales Executive**, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services over the phone. You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Identify and qualify leads, engaging customers with persuasive communication techniques.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor throughout conversations.
- Listen actively to customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Track and report sales activities and progress toward goals.
- **Follow-Up**:
- Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Database Management**:
- Update and maintain accurate records in the customer database, including contact information and sales interactions.
- Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and potential product improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
