Hiring for Dentors/Painters for Automobile Industry

Job Role:
A "dentor" in the automobile industry, also known as an **auto body repair technician**, **collision repair technician**, or **vehicle body repairer**, plays a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Their primary focus is on repairing and replacing damaged external parts of a vehicle's body.
- **Damage Assessment**: Inspecting vehicles to identify the extent of damage caused by collisions, accidents, or other incidents. This includes evaluating dents, scratches, panel damage, and structural issues.
- **Dent Removal**: Using specialized tools and techniques to remove dents, dings, and imperfections from vehicle body panels. This may involve hammering, using dent pullers, or employing paintless dent repair (PDR) methods for minor damage.
- **Panel Repair and Replacement**: Repairing damaged body panels by filling in dents, smoothing out surfaces, and sometimes fabricating new sections from sheet metal. When damage is beyond repair, dentors remove and replace entire panels (e.g., fenders, doors, bumpers).
- **Frame Straightening**: Utilizing specialized equipment to straighten bent or damaged vehicle frames and chassis, ensuring structural integrity.
- **Surface Preparation**: Preparing repaired or replaced panels for painting by sanding, filling with body filler, and ensuring a smooth, even surface.
- **Welding and Bonding**: Welding or bonding replacement parts and panels onto the vehicle frame or body, ensuring secure and durable repairs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
