*Annual Salary/CTC*Rs,3,00,000/- for Fresher & Upto Rs. 3,60,000/- Max Exp ( 12000 PP Annual)

*Experience*Fresher or Exp. Upto 3 years

*Shift & Weekly off*Rotational Shift - 9 Hours - UK Shift, 5days

*Note*Communication skill will able to take a call

*CAB/Transportation*Shuttle Service during Day/General/Afternoon & *Cab Service during Night Shift (within 20kms from work location)*

Key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:
Customer Assistance:
Respond to customer queries, concerns, and requests via chat promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, working towards satisfactory resolution.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company.

Stay updated on any changes, updates, or new offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Communication Skills:
Communicate clearly and concisely in written form through chat, maintaining a professional and customer-friendly tone.

Ensure that communication is culturally sensitive and adapted to the international audience.

Documentation:
Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's systems or databases.

Use appropriate tools to track and manage customer cases for future reference.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
