- Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
- Monitor progress of clients fitness levels safe and proper use of gym equipment
- Lead both individual and group training sessions
- Research on new exercise techniques and trends
- Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies
- Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers
- Advise customers on how to change nutritional and lifestyle habits as needed
- Take care of all equipment to be kept on proper place as well as all area needs to be clean and clear.

**Desired Profile**
**- Must having experience about 3 - 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be from Gym Healthcare Industry
- Technically strong and smart
- Demonstrated work experience in a fitness and/or athletic environment including demonstrated experience in the assessment of clients and development and monitoring of individual exercise programs
- Ability to understand and react effectively to the unique needs of customers of varying age groups
