Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes
and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Two Primary Modules
- Payroll (US), Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent management- 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, OTL, Talent Management, Compensation).- Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.-
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.- Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.- Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues.- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.- Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.- Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients.- Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.- Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.-
- Conduct client workshops, configuration, and training sessions.- Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.- Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.- Bachelor's degree or MBA (HRMS) preferred.- Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
