**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Teaching & Instruction**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on IT-related topics (e.g., Programming, Databases, Networking, Web Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics).
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials in alignment with the syllabus.
- Use modern teaching tools and technology to enhance learning (smart boards, LMS, etc.).

**2. Curriculum Development**
- Design and update course content to keep pace with technological advancements.
- Prepare assignments, quizzes, and exam papers, and evaluate student performance.

**3. Student Guidance & Mentorship**
- Guide students in academic projects, research work, and internships.
- Provide academic counseling and support to help students improve performance.

**4. Research & Professional Development**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Information Technology and emerging tools.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**5. Administration & Reporting**
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Coordinate with department heads and contribute to academic planning and accreditation processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Python, AWS, Data Science, CCNA) will be an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum [2] years of teaching or industry experience in IT.
- Exposure to both theoretical and practical aspects of technology.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge in programming, databases, networking, or emerging tech.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students with interactive and practical learning methods.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.

**Work Environment**
- Full-time / Part-time as per institute requirements.
- May require flexible hours for labs, events, or student mentoring.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
