**Profile - Production Supervisor**

Qualification - B.Tech - mech.

**Experience - Min. 2+ yrs. in sheet metal industry (Production, Sheetmetal knowledge, experience in manufacturing Industry)**

Salary - Upto 3 lac

**Location - Sanaswadi, Shikrapur**

**Daily Production Oversight**: Monitor and manage daily production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to schedule and meet quality and safety standards.

**Work Allocation**:Assign tasks to production workers, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and production targets are met.

**Production Workflow**: Coordinate and optimize the flow of materials, components, and processes on the shop floor to avoid bottlenecks or delays.

**Ensuring Product Quality**:Monitor the quality of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.

**Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve quality issues in real-time, collaborating with the quality control department to address non-conformities or defects.

**Compliance with Standards**: Ensure compliance with quality certifications (e.g., ISO, ASME) and that all products adhere to company and customer standards.
