**Job Title**: Production Supervisor
**Location**: Chakan, Pune
**No. of Positions**: 2

**Qualification**:

- Diploma (DME) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Production (preferably in the automotive or engineering sector)
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of 20+ members

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a production team of 21 members effectively
- Ensure adherence to production targets, timelines, and quality standards
- Implement and maintain **5S** practices across the shop floor
- Prepare and present **MIS reports** related to production and line performance
- Identify and analyze **productivity losses** and take corrective actions
- Act as a **mentor for line activities and production improvement circles**:

- Represent and communicate line performance data during management reviews
- Utilize basic **problem-solving and analytical tools** to resolve issues

**Skills Required**:

- Leadership & team management
- Strong knowledge of 5S and production workflows
- Basic problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques
- MIS preparation and data presentation skills
- Good communication and mentoring capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
