**IT SUPPORT
- Installing, configuring, maintenance, updation and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up Mail HRIS & other IT accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Providing executive level customer support to end users
- Asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, printers and other hardware items
- Managing network hardware, including Wi-Fi access points, switches and UPSs to ensure network connectivity of all workstations
- Biometric device management - Configurations, reporting, updation, etc
- Negotiation, co-ordination with vendors for purchase, maintenance and support of laptops and other IT equipment

**Qualification & Skills required**:

- Must have a minimum of 2+ years working within Information technology in a fast paced environment
- Proactive mind-set, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective listening and follow up skills.
- Good working and technical knowledge of systems administration, networking, systems and network security.
- Should have good knowledge of configuring and updating Microsoft windows, offices and other software based
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer’s or related field or equivalent work experience
