**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Support the management of our social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- **SEO Optimization**: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficient in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kandigai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
