**Role Overview**:
We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales Associates who are passionate about helping people explore global opportunities. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into clients and guiding them through the immigration process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound leads
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration programs (PR, work, study, etc.)
- Deliver convincing sales pitches and follow up consistently to ensure conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal legal and processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on immigration policies, country-specific requirements, and program changes

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or financial services
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
