We're not just looking for content creators, we need visionaries who can support our mission of student success in exams, bringing fresh, effective strategies to the table.

**Key responsibilities**:
**A. Work on exam-centric content creation**:
1. Craft high-quality English language questions, explanations, and learning modules for SSC, UPSC, IBPS, and other exams.
2. Ensure content relevancy with an up-to-date understanding of exam formats, patterns, and required skills.
**B. Work on tech-savvy resourcefulness**:
1. Work seamlessly with Google Drive, GenAI tools, and other tech resources to improve efficiency and enhance learning content.
2. Adapt to new software and tools quickly, contributing to innovative content solutions.
**C. Provide vision-oriented student support**:
1. Design content that not only supports academic learning but also ensures exam readiness, motivating students to excel.
2. Ensure students using NetPractice can realistically achieve exam success through high-quality resources.
**D. Provide creativity and exam preparation insight**:
1. Bring unique ideas on clustering, EARS matrix, and feature enhancements for our platform, helping students engage meaningfully.
2. Offer new, engaging approaches to exam prep, identifying features that could uniquely benefit students.
**E. Work on collaboration and innovation**:
1. Participate in content planning, suggesting and implementing new features or content that resonates with aspirants.

1. Educational background: Preferably in English or related fields.

2. Professional experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or content creation, ideally in competitive exam prep.

3. Exam expertise: Proven experience as an aspirant or having cleared levels in SSC, UPSC, banking exams, GATE, CAT, IELTS, or SAT.

4. Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken), content creation, understanding of clustering, and technology in education.

5. Mindset: A hustler attitude with the independence to take ownership and a commitment to support NetPractice’s mission to help students succeed.

**Salary**

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
