**Shift Timing: 6:00 AM TO 10:00AM & 4:30PM TO 8:30PM (Break shift)**

About us: O2 HEALTH STUDIO pioneering in Health & fitness in Chennai, was started in August 2001 since then, we are proud to have helped thousands of people in Chennai discover fitness, we teach them how to enjoy their workout, while getting healthy and fit with our diversified exercise Program.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients’ health goals, dietary preferences, and fitness levels.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as necessary.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with personal trainers and other fitness professionals to provide holistic wellness plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science research and dietary guidelines.
- Conduct group seminars and workshops on various nutrition-related topics.
- Provide support and guidance for clients with specific dietary needs or restrictions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Female Preferred
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
