**Hiring Fresher for Trainee Role (Work from office job)**

- Creating indexes or abstracts of the articles or journals as per the client requirements.
- Must possess good English writing skills
- Willing to join as soon as possible
- Willing to work in Day shift

**Job Profile**: Trainee

**Job Location**: Work from Office (Noida Office in Training)

**Desired experience**: Fresher

**Shift Types**: Regular Day Shift.

**Tentative date of joining**: Immediate

**Salary: 14k/Month **(In Training Period)+2000+PL Incentive/Month+ Attendance Allowance.

3. Creating indexes or abstracts of the articles or journals as per the client requirements.

4. Meeting the assigned targets with Quality.

5. Adhere to various policies and procedures

6. Performing other related duties incidental to the work

**Recruitment Process **:This is the recruitment test process. Please read the step by step process and complete the same accordingly.

**Step1**. There will be a briefing session for the test after that we conducts a test which they have to Submit in 2 hrs.

**Step2**. Test includes 3 sections:
a) IQ

b) Grammar

c) Abstracting and Indexing

**Step 3**. Test will send for evaluation.

**Step 4**. If someone clears the test then we do align their interview.
