Our stores are not just retail counters — they are centers of wellness powered by purpose, transparency, and innovation. **About the Role** We are looking for a **qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist** to join our growing Dawaa Dost retail network. In this role, you’ll be responsible for **dispensing medicines, guiding customers on usage and dosage, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations.** You will play a key role in upholding the Dawaa Dost promise — **trust, transparency, and affordability in healthcare.** **Key Responsibilities** - Accurately **dispense prescribed and over-the-counter medicines** to customers. - **Verify prescriptions**, check drug interactions, and ensure proper dosage instructions are provided. - Educate customers about **medicine usage, side effects, and storage** as per guidelines. - Maintain **proper documentation** and ensure compliance with **Drug & Cosmetics Act** and other regulations. - Manage **stock levels, expiry checks, and daily inventory reconciliation**. - Ensure the **store display, storage, and handling of medicines** meet quality and safety standards. - Support the Store Manager in **day-to-day operations, billing, and reporting**. - Coordinate with doctors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operational flow. - Uphold the brand’s values of **affordability, authenticity, and ethical practices**. **Qualifications** - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)**. - Valid **Pharmacist License** registered under the State Pharmacy Council. - 0-3 years of experience in a **retail pharmacy or healthcare environment**. - Strong understanding of **generic medicines, dosage forms, and regulations**. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work in **shift-based retail environments** and maintain service excellence. **Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application)** - Experience with **POS systems or pharmacy management software (e.g., GoFrugal, Marg, or Tally)**. - Knowledge of **generic substitution and cost-effective medicine alternatives**. - Basic understanding of **inventory management and store audits**. - Passion for **customer service and community health awareness**. **Our Core Values** - 1>0 - Customer Obsession - Ownership - Hunger to Learn - Think Big, Dream Bigger - Trust & Respect **Ready to Join the Crew?** If you’re a **dedicated pharmacist** who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives — by promoting affordable, accessible healthcare — **Dawaa Dost is the place for you** Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
