**Designation**: MEP Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)

**Experience**: 8- 15 Years

Should have prior experience in **team handling** also.

**Nature of Job**:Contractual for upto 2 months.

**Required Skill Set**:

- Should have prior experience of quantity estimation/survey/Take Off for different services/packages under MEP works.
- Must have experience in QS and Billing works.
- Must have working/expertise knowledge of HVAC, Fire-fighting, IT services/packages under MEP works.
- Good understand of design engineering, value engineering etc.
- Should have experience of working with MEP Drawings.
- Should be able to Prepare/review mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP)designs for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Should have Prepared plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire-fighting and general piping system
- Should have experience of Prepare and review costing (quotations, tenders, and B.O.Qs) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects - as the need arises.
- Should have working experience of Provide MEP budget/cost estimates (viability appraisals) for projects.
- Should be able to Monitor and control project cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is deployed on the projects.
- Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred).
