Explore our journey and find your next career milestone.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to support our MEP projects with strong commercial and coordination skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile developments while advancing your career within a dynamic and growing organization.Your Role- Manage MEP subcontractor packages with guidance from the MEP Manager and Commercial Team - Prepare and submit notifications of claims and variations - Compile monthly interim payment applications based on work progress, aligning with subcontractor submissions - Assess MEP subcontractor payment applications - Support management of Special Airport Systems (SAS) packages linked to MEP works - Review project reports and identify actionable issues - Analyze and access variation detailsThis is a full-time role requiring site visits and close collaboration with multiple teams.What We’re Looking For- Excellent communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders - Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail - Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a readiness to take on a challenging and growth-oriented role - Previous MEP and/or construction industry experience preferred - Advanced problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. - Experience with Power BI dashboards and BIM 360/Navisworks (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines.What We Offer- A chance to lead transformative projects in the UAE. - A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence. - Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. - Tax-free earnings & relocation package to the UAEReady to Innovate?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and lead the way in technical engineering solutions that shape the future.
