**Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce **motion graphics and animations** for LED screens, stage content, projection mapping, AR/VR elements, and digital event assets.
- Collaborate with the **creative team, producers, and clients** to understand project goals and align designs with event themes and brand guidelines.
- Develop **storyboards, style frames, and mood boards** to pitch creative directions and visual styles.
- Create **2D/3D animated content** using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, or similar software.
- Work closely with **video editors, and technical teams** to ensure content is optimized for various display formats and resolutions (LED walls, projection setups, etc.).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under **tight timelines**, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Participate in **on-site setup and technical rehearsals**, when needed, to ensure seamless content playback and alignment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **2-5 years** of experience in motion graphics design, preferably within an event agency, production house, or media agency.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro); knowledge of **3D tools** like Blender is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event-related motion graphics work (LED content, projection visuals, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of **timing, typography, composition**, and **storytelling** through motion.
- Familiarity with **event production workflows**, screen specs, and AV requirements.
- Strong **problem-solving skills**, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with strong **communication and collaboration** skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
