**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Threos Healthcare's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned area (Mangadu and surrounding regions).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutional clients.
- Conduct product presentations, educational seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating new business and maintaining existing accounts.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and customer requirements to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with pharmaceutical industry developments.
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Skills**: Strong sales skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
- **Territory Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Mangadu region and surrounding areas is a plus.
- **IT Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking and reporting.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
