**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage site documentation, including work schedules, delivery logs, and inventory records.
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiation of contracts, resolution of issues, and maintenance of professional relationships.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction and workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies, mitigating risks and enforcing safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Valid certification in occupational health and safety is preferred.
