**Job Summary**
Charms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), Chandigarh (Sector - 35) Mohali, Amritsar, Bathinda, South Delhi, West Delhi, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, Moga and Mumbai with ongoing expansion plans.
We are looking for Front office Executive/Receptionist for our Head office in Chandigarh.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Maintain Complete Data
- Customers, Staff and business Clients etc.
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings.
- To call clients and inform them about the company products and arrange visit.
- To continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff.
- Attending visitors.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Handling all the activities of the Company required.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Should be a graduate in any stream.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
