**Job Responsibilities: ( Cosmetic ,Salon)**
- Understand and visit clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Carry out remote-based fieldwork to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and presentations to convert leads into successful sales.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor and report sales orders and payment status regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for review.
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the management team.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree is requirement
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or salon industry with a focus on business development, primary sales, and secondary sales.
