Thrissur Kerala, India Yes Yes Roofs Full time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor who can oversee the day-to-day operations on our project sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and Supervise workers and subcontractors on all Yes Yes Roofs projects.
- Ensure daily tasks are completed according to project schedules and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by workers and subcontractors
- Identify and resolve any project-related issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators and Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and reports on project progress.
- Order and manage construction materials and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in overseeing roofing projects is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a focus on roofing systems.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate construction crews.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Knowledge about Steel Structures such as PEB and Space Frame would be advantageous.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
