You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure every design detail is implemented perfectly. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day supervision of ongoing project sites.Ensure that design intent and drawings are accurately followed on-site.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants under project manager guidance.Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and work progress documentation.Support project planning, scheduling, and site coordination activities.Monitor material quality and workmanship as per design and standards.Communicate updates and issues effectively to the senior project team.Maintain professionalism, discipline, and safety across all site operations. Who Can Apply(Fresh Graduates – 2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs)B.Tech / BE in Civil EngineeringDiploma in ArchitectureBachelor's in Interior Design(Internship or site exposure is an added advantage but not mandatory) Skills & Qualities We ValueGenuine interest in site work and design execution.Strong observation and coordination ability.Eagerness to learn and adapt to project site environments.Clarity in communication and respect for process and hierarchy.Knowledge of basic working drawings and measurement will be a plus.Must be Thrissur-based.
