**Areas Served**: Pimpri-Chinchwad and nearby areas

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**About Us**: PCFSM.ORG is a leading institution providing specialized Fire and Safety courses to college students. Our campus is located in Pune, and we serve students from diverse backgrounds, including a significant number from middle and lower-middle-class families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families in the Malayalam language.
- Provide detailed information about our Fire and Safety courses, including course structure, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Assist with the enrollment process, answering any queries or concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for student enrollments.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Malayalam (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
