Graphics & UI/UX Designer (Mid to Senior Level)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile apps
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and style guide
- Ensure UI designs adhere to accessibility standards and responsive design principles

**Graphics Design**:

- Design marketing collateral, banners, social media creatives, and presentations
- Develop visual content for brand campaigns, newsletters, and other digital assets
- Contribute to branding initiatives, including logo design, typography, and color palette development
- Edit and enhance images, icons, and illustrations as needed

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3 to 8 years of proven experience** in UI/UX and graphic design roles
- Proficient with design tools such as **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **After Effects**:

- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles**, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience with **design systems**, **component libraries**, and **responsive design**:

- Ability to create engaging, modern, and brand-aligned visual designs
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience designing for cross-platform apps (iOS, Android, Web)
- Motion/animation design skills (Lottie, After Effects)
- Knowledge of tools like **Canva**, **Webflow**, or **Blender**:

- Prior experience working in Agile teams or using tools like **JIRA**, **Trello**, **Notion**, etc.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
