**We have a teaching position open at LawSikho for our international vertical.**

Looking for a lawyer with around 5 years of PQE as in-house counsel or law-firm Associate.

You should have been part of at least 15-20 transactions relating to International Business Laws (drafting, negotiation, structuring, compliance) involving jurisdictions such as the USA, UK, Dubai, Singapore, Canada etc.

It's a remote, work-from-home, full time role. Immediate joining.

- You are working in corporate transactions for the last 5 years but want to work remotely & get more work life balance

- You can draft deal documents & do due diligence or deal compliance in your sleep
- Ready to work 8 honest hours per day but do not like back breaking pressure & 14 hour days
- You would like to work on teaching & research assignments on business laws of different jurisdictions like USA, UK, Dubai, Singapore, Canada etc
- You love guiding other young lawyers & helping them to learn hands-on legal skills
- You have a passion for doing innovative legal work, you help clients to think through different scenarios & take pride when you enable their business with creative solutions & want to mentor younger lawyers on how to do this
- You would enjoy working with a distributed remote team working from different corners of the world, would love to travel & live in different places without compromising with your legal career
- You don’t need a boss to sit on your head & tell you what to do
- Outstanding writing skills & public speaking skill would be necessary for this role

**What kind of work would you have to do?**
- The team you are about to join is a mission driven team training hundreds of talented young lawyers from tier 2 or tier 3 cities to secure international remote work which transform their careers

- Your work day will involve taking live classes, writing or editing course material, reviewing exercises, guiding learners over calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
