**Key Responsibilities**
**Public Relations (PR)**:
- Create and manage engaging content for the school’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, school tours, and community outreach
- programs.
- Monitor and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication platforms.
- Address and manage public relations issues, ensuring the school maintains a positive public
- image.
**Admissions**:
- Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for prospective families.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s programs, curricula, and facilities to
- potential students and parents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective families to address inquiries, provide guidance, and encourage enrollment.
- Manage and update admissions records using the school’s database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to design strategies for attracting and retaining students.
- Organize and participate in admission-related events such as school fairs, tours, and information sessions.
- Generate regular reports on admissions metrics and trends for management review.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business
- Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a combined PR and admissions role (preferably within the education sector).
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming experience for families.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and deadlines efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media tools, content creation software, and admissions/CRM systems.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Event Management: Proven ability to organize and execute events successfully.
