**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller located in Hyderabad with EBA Consultant Pvt Ltd. The Senior AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding accounts receivable for the company's clients. Responsibilities include handling and resolving customer queries and issues, entering and maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior AR Caller or similar role, with a strong foundation in medical billing and collections
- Good knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and medical terminologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle customer interactions and to document the same in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a customer service-oriented approach and a positive attitude

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
