_**Job Summary**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative visual concepts for various mediums including print, digital, social media, and advertising.
- Create and design engaging and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various campaigns, events, and projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand's style and guidelines, while also staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in graphic design.
- Communicate and present design concepts to team members, stakeholders, and clients, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Work with outside vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- **Requirements**:_
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both traditional and digital media.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with print production and pre-press processes.
- Familiarity with web design and digital marketing best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
