Office is located at red fields near racecourse, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.Role : Graphic DesignerWe’re looking for a self motivated Graphic Designer with a passion for story telling self driven — individual who can create compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions across our platform, WhatsApp, Email, social, and ad platforms who is not looking for another.Core Responsibilities :Come up with unique, appealing & clean iconography in collaboration with founderCome up with content considering all users in collaboration with founderDesign digital marketing creatives (ads, social media posts, emails, landing pages).Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret campaign goals into visuals.Understand digital KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize creatives accordingly.Maintain brand consistency across digital assets.Required Skills :MUST HAVE : Design : Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe illustratorOPTIONAL : Marketing : Social media advertising, SEO basics, Google Analytics, A/B testingWhat we are also looking for :Self motivated & eagerness to learn is a must haveCurious about audience behavior, data-driven creativity, collaborativeAbility to multi taskHonesty & transparencyAbility to adapt, accommodate & be considerate in a startup environmentStrong communication skills and a willingness to connect with peopleExperience :At least a year of hands on working experience ( excluding internship ) as a full time graphic designer is definitely required and non negotiableExperience in digital marketing is a great add onExperience in content writing in a great add on
